At Zerobound we aim to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping costs and eligibility for free shipping are based on order thresholds as outlined in our policy. Please note that additional lead time may be required for certain locations. Below is a comprehensive guide to our shipping process.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times (US)

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after processing.
  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within 1-2 business days, beginning on the next business day following the weekend or holiday. 
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. 
    • Standard Shipping - 5 to 8 Business Days 
  • Free shipping for orders over $99

International Shipments 

We offer international shipping to select countries: 

  • Customs, Duties, and Shipping Costs: All customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout. 
  • EU Shipments: Currently, we can ship to the European Union. 
  • Cross-Border Inspections: International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and possible delays.

Delays in Transit 

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to: 

  • Weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen events like natural disasters. We appreciate your understanding if transit times are impacted. 

Lost Packages 

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, if necessary, process a reshipment for your order. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 10 calendar days of the expected delivery date to ensure a timely resolution. Please note that once an order has been reshipped, any further shipping delays will be handled case by case. 

Refused Shipments 

If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and re-delivery costs. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. 

Duties and VAT

Some countries charge duties and VAT on goods imported from China. We are responsible for any such additional taxes and fees imposed by your government for shipping your package. Customers do not pay for duties and VAT; they only pay for the product cost and shipping charges.

Customs and Regulations

It is your responsibility to check your local postal regulations for restricted items as we are not responsible for any items not accepted by a particular country.
